Small batch precision roasting brings out the full
flavor that is released when the beans are treated
with respect and care.

By carefully controlling the heating and the cooling
temperatures the flavor is coaxed out of the beans
and into your cup.

At the EXACT right temperature, roasting is quenched,
and the beans are dumped to cool.
