We purchased this beauty brand new in June 2002 for the cafe and it was only lightly used until June 2006. It is a 56" wide, 6-burner, 24" griddle, single-oven Challenger series range. This model ( CHR-6-29-FT22LB) is particularly difficult to find because Wolf no longer offers the 22" lower broiler under the griddle. It has the optional stainless steel back and shelf, optional stainless side panels, and set of 6 casters.

In the four years the cafe was open the range was very lightly used because the menu changed to one of quick-serve panini and salads. It is in excellent, like-new condition, ready for a chef's lifetime of serious cookin'.
